Jim Palmer

Real Estate Manager

Jim palmer is a licensed Professional Engineer who brings his experience in structural & architectural engineering, project management, construction, and home renovation to his role as Amani's Real Estate Manager. Jim earned his B.S and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He worked as an engineer in structural design and architectural forensics with firms in Washington, DC, as well in Pittsburgh before joining the Amani team in October 2021. Jim is excited to apply his strengths in helping realize Amani's mission to revitalize the Greater Hill District through addressing the community's housing and wealth-building goals. Fun Fact: Jim was a competitive ballroom dancer for five years while in college and continues to enjoy musical performance as a connoisseur of karaoke.
