MLK Jr. Cultural Center 

The MLK Jr. Cultural Center will provide the space needed by Amani to effectively serve
the community, using a small portion of the building as Amani’s leasing office and the rest
for community meetings, pop-up retail opportunities, and more.

The MLK Jr. Cultural Center will require significant site work, including interior and
exterior improvements, infrastructure upgrades (HVAC, electric, plumbing, etc.). As of now,
there are no schematics for the space, however, official deigns will be prepared as the
project progresses and further funding is secured.
