Renea Atkins

Renea Atkins received her B.S. in Integrative Studies and Certificate in Construction Administration from Ferris State University in May 2021. Renea has completed four years of mission trip to Matamoros, Mexico with her church, where she helped serve families experiencing homelessness through building homes, painting, home dedications, and providing food. During her last semester in college, Renea began learning American Sign Language (ASL) and hopes to become fluent. She is passionate about helping families and individuals that suffer from homelessness and that are in need of affordable housing. Therefore, drew her interest to serve with Amani Christian CDC to fulfill their mission, facilitating healthy and safe communities for the residents and meeting their needs. In her free time, she enjoys family gatherings, cooking, reading, and bowling.
